When Tim Inglese founded City Disposal Service in 1998, his mission was to provide a more flexible, customer-oriented alternative to the larger waste removal services, and though our company has grown since then, that mission remains the same.

Better, not bigger

Our size allows us to be flexible in every part of our operation. Truth be told, we're now almost twice the size we originally set out to be, but that growth has come from adding new services to meet the changing demands of our clients. We began this business determined to be customer-focused and to deliver a timely, responsive service.

We're there when you need us

With larger, nation-wide companies, phone calls often go through their national call centers before being transferred on. Often you will be transferred to three or four different people before being able to receive a quote or order services. The process is slow at best and ineffective at worst. When you call City Disposal, you reach us directly. No call-centers. No automated response systems. We don't use middlemen to "take messages". This allows us to be highly responsive to your needs in ways that our larger competitors can't match.

The right equipment for the job

Many waste removal companies use a "one-size fits all" approach. The problem with this is that one size doesn't actually fit all. The same truck and dumpster that are fine for a commercial construction site aren't going to work in a residential setting. City Disposal Service understands this. We ask numerous questions in order to assess our customer's needs to make sure we get it right the first time. Our trucks and dumpsters come in several sizes, so we can reach and service places other companies can't.

A great atmosphere

Our drivers are our eyes and ears, always keeping us in tune with our customers and what's happening in the field. We get a lot of great feedback. All of our employees bring a great attitude to their work. They're happy to be here, we're happy to have them, and it all translates into a better experience for the people we serve.
